The new Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China states that vocational colleges should strengthen the legal management and improve the governance ability.At present,the legal management of higher vocational colleges is faced with many problems,such as inadequate management system reform,unclear responsibilities of internal units,lack of coordination between information technology and intelligent management,and difficulty in guaranteeing the rights and interests of teachers and students.In this regard,higher vocational colleges should take strengthening digital construction as a breakthrough to promote legal management and provide guarantees for the high-quality development of vocational colleges by consolidating the legal management system of digital campus,improving the management system of digital teaching resources,enhancing the training of digital ability of teachers and students,and establishing a digital supervision mechanism for modern university management.
