As urbanization enters a new stage,urban transformation has shifted from"demolition,reconstruction,and retention"to"retention,renovation,and demolition"in organic urban renewal.The self-balancing of investment and financing for urban renewal projects is becoming increasingly difficult.Based on this,this paper analyzes the existing investment and financing models of urban renewal projects,and in conjunction with the problems existing in the self-balancing of investment and financing for urban renewal projects,analyzes and studies countermeasures.
