Based on the policy and development status of Cross-border E-commerce in Suzhou textile and garment industry,this paper investigated and analyzed the intellectual transformation of Suzhou textile and garment industry from the perspective of enterprise digital design,digital production management and industrial digital and intelligence ecology.Focusing on the digital PLM operation and management,the transmission mechanism of digital transformation and the innovation of supply chain finance,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the digital transformation of textile and garment enterprises empowered by Cross-border E-commerce.
