Based on the current situation of existing housing management and the reality of Zhangjiagang city,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Starting from the current situation of existing houses,hidden danger elimination,management mechanism,existing problems and other aspects,through investigation and visit,this paper sorts out the current situation data of existing houses in Zhangjiagang city,sorts out some practices being promoted in various sectors,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to problems existing in the current work.
