While national policies provide clear direction for developing"New Double-High"(educational dual-excellence)in vocational education,the rapid evolution of digital communication presents heightened demands for digital publishing program,.Current challenges include misalignment between curriculum and industry needs,insufficient digital literacy among faculty,inefficient allocation of digital educational resources,and ethical concerns in technology-empowered teaching.This study proposes a comprehensive development framework emphasizing:strengthening diverse career development awareness based on digital industry trends;enhancing faculty digital competencies through multi-dimensional approaches;leveraging digital technologies to empower technical skills education;and implementing an integrated six-level system combining"position-curriculum-competition-certification-thinking-innovation"to cultivate versatile professionals.The study envisions future development of"New Double-High"in digital publishing program through three perspectives:standardizing information expression skills to meet audience expectations,implementing industry technical standards for precise practical teaching,and exploring deep integration between industry and education through collaborative evolution.
