Construction of Teaching Paradigms in Undergraduate Vocational Education:A Science-Education Integration Perspective
The integration of science and education represents a strategic national initiative to promote the coordinated development of education, science, technology, and talent cultivation, while implementing the national strategy of development through science and education. This integration is crucial for the qualitative development of vocational education.Highly skilled technical professionals are fundamental to the transformation of scientific achievements and innovation. As primary institutions for cultivating high-level technical talent, vocational undergraduate colleges'teaching paradigms significantly influence the integration of science and education. While the science-education integration framework has brought new dimensions to teaching philosophy, content, and models in vocational undergraduate education, three major challenges persist:insufficient attention, limited integration, and inadequate support systems. To address these issues, this study proposes three strategic approaches:establishing clear guiding principles, strengthening practice-oriented research, and developing qualified faculty teams. These approaches aim to create an effective teaching paradigm that supports science-education integration in vocational undergraduate institutions.
