职业教育本科生的思想动态分析
Understanding Ideological Trends Among Undergraduate Students in Vocational Education

摘要
职业教育正迈入快速发展的新阶段,不同层次的职业教育有效贯通,本科层次职业教育也在稳步发展.因此,关注学生思想动态是本科层次职业教育思政工作的重要内容.通过梳理现行的教育法、教育政策和已有研究,结合职业教育本科生实际,构建了基于思政状态、学习状态和生活状态的职业教育本科生思想动态的 3个衡量维度和系列指标;对职业教育本科生思想动态展开了问卷调查和多维度分析,以把握职业教育本科生的成长规律;并在此基础上提出坚持立德树人的根本任务,构建能力本位的育人体系,强化学风建设的示范引领,发挥传统文化的育人实效,深化积极心理的育人功能以及坚守高就业质量的职教本色的建议和对策.
Abstract
As vocational education enters a new phase of rapid development with enhanced vertical integration across different educational levels,understanding students'ideological trends becomes crucial for undergraduate vocational education.This study develops a three-dimensional framework examining students'ideological trends through political awareness,academic engagement,and lifestyle patterns.Drawing from current educational laws,policies,and existing research,this study conducted a comprehensive survey analyzing multiple dimensions among undergraduate vocational students to understand their patterns of development.The findings inform recommendations for:maintaining moral education as the fundamental task,establishing competency-based development systems,promoting exemplary academic conduct,leveraging traditional culture for character building,enhancing positive psychology in education,and preserving vocational education's commitment to high employment outcomes.
