普洱茶是产自我国云南地区特有的大叶茶种,历史悠久,茶艺底蕴深厚,与之相应的茶具更迭发展.本文以基于普洱茶茶艺的陶瓷茶具设计为目的,分析普洱茶艺过程中陶瓷茶具的现状、冲泡过程、形态特征及应用,根据茶种自身特点归纳出适用于普洱茶茶艺的陶瓷茶具创新设计方法,寻求契合现代市场和价值需求的陶瓷茶具,为普洱茶艺传承和陶瓷茶具创新设计提供更多方向.
Abstract
Pu'er tea is a unique large-leaf tea species produced in Yunnan Province,China,with a long history and profound tea art heritage,and the corresponding tea set has been changed and developed.This paper analyzes the current situation,brewing process,morphological characteristics and application of ceramic tea sets in the process of Pu'er tea art,and summarizes the innovative design methods of ceramic tea sets suitable for Pu'er tea art according to the characteristics of the tea species,and seeks to meet the needs of modern market and value of ceramic tea sets,so as to provide more directions for the inheritance of Pu'er tea art and the innovative design of ceramic tea sets.
