地方本科高校应用型人才培养的实践探索——以景德镇陶瓷大学"产业精英进课堂"为例

地方本科高校肩负着以应用科学研究、应用型人才培养、对外交流合作为基础,支撑地方经济社会发展的责任,其中应用型人才培养是其重中之重.为更好培养应用型人才,各地方本科高校从学校治理结构、教育资源配置、培养方案修订、课程体系优化、授课方式创新、考核机制转变、创新创业教育等方面入手,做出了诸多努力.基于景德镇陶瓷大学案例,阐述、分析了"产业精英进课堂"的设计思路、实施路径及其在地方本科高校应用型人才培养中的作用,以期为有关地方本科高校提供参考.
Abstract
Local undergraduate universities shoulder the responsibility of supporting local economic and social development based on applied scientific research,applied talent cultivation,and foreign exchange and cooperation.Among them,the cultivation of applied talents is of utmost importance.In order to better cultivate applied talents,local undergraduate universities have made many efforts from the aspects of school governance structure,educational resource allocation,training program revision,curriculum system optimization,innovative teaching methods,transformation of assessment mechanisms,and innovation and entrepreneurship education.Based on the case of Jingdezhen Ceramic University,this paper elaborates and analyzes the design ideas,implementation paths,and the role of"industrial elites entering the classroom"in cultivating applied talents in local undergraduate universities,in order to provide reference for relevant local undergraduate universities.
