摘要
创业孵化基地是符合当代经济社会高速发展的社会组织和经济组织,也是一种符合当下技工教育体系的新型的教育组织."陶瓷设计创业孵化基地"主要是为技工院校陶瓷专业即将毕业的学生提供一个人才培养、创业就业孵化、创新研发为一体的新型服务平台.通过创业孵化基地的运行,培养出高素质的综合型技能人才,不仅有利于提高技工院校的办学质量,更加有益于提高学生的就业意识,提高技工院校办学的社会效益.
Abstract
Entrepreneurship incubation bases are social and economic organizations that are in line with the rapid development of contemporary economy and society,as well as a new type of educational organization that is in line with the current vocational education system.The Ceramic Design Entrepreneurship Incubation Base is mainly a new service platform that integrates talent cultivation,entrepreneurship and employment incubation,and innovative research and development for students who are about to graduate from ceramic majors in technical colleges.Through the operation of entrepreneurship incubation bases,cultivating high-quality comprehensive skilled talents is not only beneficial for improving the quality of vocational colleges,but also for enhancing students'employment awareness and enhancing the social benefits of vocational colleges.
