摘要

本文探讨了高校陶艺课程教学改革的必要性和具体策略.当前高校陶艺课程面临课程设置不平衡、师资力量不足等问题,亟须改革以满足当代学生需求、培养复合型人才,并弘扬中华陶瓷文化.改革应聚焦于优化课程设置、创新教学方法和建设高水平师资队伍.通过理论与实践相结合的课程体系、参与式和数字化的教学手段,以及专业素质过硬的教师队伍,推动高校陶艺教育实现质的提升,培养德才兼备的复合型陶艺人才,为文化传承贡献力量.

Abstract

This article explores the necessity and specific strategies of reforming the teaching of ceramic art courses in universities.The current ceramic art curriculum in universities is facing problems such as imbalanced curriculum design and insufficient teaching staff.It urgently needs to be reformed to meet the needs of contemporary students,cultivate versatile talents,and promote Chinese ceramic culture.Reform should focus on optimizing curriculum design,innovating teaching methods,and building a high-level teaching staff.Through a curriculum system that combines theory and practice,participatory and digital teaching methods,and a team of highly qualified teachers,we aim to promote the qualitative improvement of ceramic education in universities,cultivate versatile ceramic talents with both moral and professional abilities,and contribute to cultural inheritance.
