摘要
近年来,湖南陶瓷艺术呈现飞速发展之势,湖南陶瓷产业是全国陶瓷的主要产区,长沙铜官窑陶瓷、醴陵釉下五彩瓷等更是声名远扬.陶瓷艺术人才培养关乎湖南陶瓷产业的传承与发展.我国职业教育作为重要的人才培养形式,近年来受到了国家的高度重视.特别是在十四五规划中提到增强职业技术教育适应性,深化产教融合、校企合作,湖南各大高职院校正积极践行,通过研究湖南陶瓷艺术人才质量培养的问题和策略,在实践过程中不断总结经验,更好地服务于湖南陶瓷产业的发展.
Abstract
In recent years,Hunan ceramic art has shown a rapid development trend.Hunan's ceramic industry is the main production area of ceramics in China,and Changsha Tongguan Kiln ceramics,Liling underglaze multicolored ceramics,and others are well-known.The cultivation of ceramic art talents is related to the inheritance and development of Hunan's ceramic industry.As an important form of talent cultivation,vocational education in China has received high attention from the government in recent years.Especially in the 14th Five Year Plan,it is mentioned to enhance the adaptability of vocational and technical education,deepen the integration of industry and education,and promote cooperation between schools and enterprises.Major vocational colleges in Hunan are actively practicing this by studying the issues and strategies of quality training for ceramic art talents in Hunan,constantly summarizing experience in the practical process,and better serving the development of Hunan's ceramic industry.
