摘要

理工类研究生课程人文化再设计是适应社会发展和人才需求变化的重要趋势.理工类研究生课程人文化再设计旨在将人文因素渗透到课程中,以提高学生的综合素质和拓宽视野.本文以《陶瓷技术史》为例,通过在教学理念、教学内容、授课形式和教学评价等方面进行人文化的再设计,激发了学生的学习兴趣和主动性,培育了学生的综合素质和创新能力,拓展了学生的视野和跨学科能力,增强了学生的自我认知和自我反思能力,达到了良好的教学效果.通过教学实践,我们认为在进行理工类研究生课程人文化再设计时,应注重尊重课程本身的特征、关心不同学生的个体差异和学习需求,不断改进完善课程内容和方法.通过持续实践和总结,提升教学质量,促进学生综合素质和创新能力的全方位提升.

Abstract

The humanization redesign of science and engineering graduate courses is an important trend to adapt to the social development and talent demand changes.The humanization redesign of science and engineering graduate courses aims to permeate human factors into the courses,to improve the students'comprehensive quality and broaden their horizons.Taking History of Ceramic Technology as an example,this paper redesigns the course in a humanistic way in terms of teaching philosophy,teaching content,teaching form and teaching evaluation.It stimulates the students'learning interest and initiative,cultivates their comprehensive quality and innovation ability,expands their vision and cross-disciplinary ability,enhances their self-awareness and self-reflection ability,and achieves good teaching results.Through teaching practice,we believe that when redesigning science and engineering graduate courses in a humanistic way,we should pay attention to respecting the characteristics of the courses themselves,caring about the individual differences and learning needs of different students,and constantly improving the course content and methods.Through continuous practice and summary,we can improve the teaching quality and promote the all-round improvement of students'comprehensive quality and innovation ability.
