Research on Iron-red Glaze Fired in Oxidizing Atmosphere

以长石、石英、高岭土、滑石、石灰石、骨灰组成的长石釉为基础釉,用三氧化二铁作为着色剂,研制了在1270℃氧化气氛烧制的铁红油滴釉.通过单因素实验法探究了釉料配方组成对铁红油滴釉釉面效果的影响.结果表明,适宜的原料组成对铁红油滴釉的呈色至关重要,其中,滑石含量为1.5%、骨灰含量为9%、石灰石含量为6.5%、三氧化二铁含量为 10%时,制备的铁红油滴釉色温在 2000 K左右,且具有较高的饱和度和较低的色调角,釉色趋于暖色.
Based on a feldspar glaze composed of feldspar,quartz,kaolin,talcum,limestone,and bone ash,using ferric oxide as the colorant,an iron red oil-drop glaze fired in an oxidizing atmosphere at 1270℃ was developed.The effect of the glaze formula composition on the glaze surface of the iron red oil-drop glaze was explored through single-factor experiments.The results indicate that a suitable composition of raw materials is of crucial importance for the coloration of the iron red oil-drop glaze.Specifically,when the content of talc is 1.5%,the content of bone ash is 9%,the content of limestone is 6.5%,and the content of ferric oxide is 10%,the prepared iron red oil-drop glaze has a color temperature of approximately 2000K,with a high saturation and a low hue angle,and the glaze color tends to be warm.
