摘要

以堇青石、贵州高岭土、苏州高岭土、漳州高岭土、黑泥、烧滑石、氧化锆、磷酸钙等为主要原料,通过固相反应制备了堇青石质耐热陶瓷,运用XRD、热膨胀仪、万能材料试验机等测试手段对样品性能进行表征,分析与对比磷酸盐对堇青石质耐热陶瓷性能的影响,结果表明:当CaCO3 为 1.5 mol%时,合成的磷酸锆钙纯度最高,以此为基础加入 5 wt%的CaZr4(PO4)6,合成的堇青石质耐热陶瓷热膨胀系数为 2.61×10-6/℃、抗折强度为65 MPa;而磷酸钙含量为 2.5 wt%时,堇青石质耐热陶瓷的热膨胀系数为 2.58×10-6/℃、抗折强度为 79 MPa.

Abstract

Cordierite,Guizhou kaolin,Suzhou kaolin,Zhangzhou kaolin,black mud,calcined talc,zirconia and calcium phosphate were used as the main raw materials to prepare cordierite heat-resistant ceramics by solid reaction.The properties of the samples were characterized by XRD,thermal expansion instrument,universal material testing machine and other test methods.The effect of phosphate on the properties of cordierite heat-resistant ceramics was analyzed and compared.The results showed that When CaCO3 was 1.5 mol%,the purity of the synthesized zirconium calcium phosphate was the highest.On this basis,5 wt%CaZr4(PO4)6 were added,The thermal expansion coefficient of cordierite heat-resistant ceramic was 2.61×10-6/℃and the bending strength was 65 MPa.When the content of calcium phosphate was 2.5 wt%,the thermal expansion coefficient of cordierite heat-resistant ceramics was 2.58×10-6/℃,and the bending strength was 79 MPa.
