摘要
陶瓷作为中华民族传统文化的重要组成部分,其传承与发展需借助劳模精神的勤奋创新、追求卓越与工匠精神的精益求精、专注细节.面对陶瓷技艺领域的变革与挑战,将这两种精神融入陶瓷职业教育成为必要之举.技艺传承、市场变化需求及个人全面发展均要求职业教育深化对劳模精神和工匠精神的培养.然而,当前新时代劳模精神与工匠精神融入陶瓷职业教育却存在着:课程体系完善、教学模式创新、文化氛围营造及激励机制建立等多重现实困境.为应对这些困境,本研究提出陶瓷职业教育应实施:整合优化资源、深化校企合作与师资共建、多渠道宣传与持续性活动、多元化评价与多层次激励等具体策略,从而确保学生在掌握陶瓷技艺的同时,深刻理解并践行劳模精神和工匠精神,推动陶瓷行业的可持续发展.
Abstract
Ceramics as an important part of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,its inheritance and development need to rely on the labor spirit of hard work and innovation,the pursuit of excellence and craftsmanship of excellence,focus on details.In the face of changes and challenges in the field of ceramic art,these two spirits into the ceramic vocational education has become a necessary move.Skill inheritance,market demand and personal development require vocational education to deepen the cultivation of the spirit of model workers and craftsmen.However,the integration of the spirit of model workers and craftsmen into ceramic vocational education in the current new era is plagued by the following difficulties:improvement of the curriculum system,innovation of the teaching mode,creation of a cultural atmosphere and the establishment of incentives and other practical difficulties.In order to cope with these dilemmas,this study proposes that ceramic vocational education should implement specific strategies such as integrating and optimizing resources,deepening school-enterprise cooperation and teacher co-construction,multi-channel publicity and continuous activities,diversified evaluation and multi-level incentives,so as to ensure that the students master ceramic skills and at the same time,understand and practice the spirit of the model worker and the spirit of the craftsmen,and to promote the sustainable development of the ceramic industry.
