Ceramics is one of the important presentations of cultural exchanges between ancient China and the rest of the world,building a bridge between Chinese and foreign cultures.The cultural atmosphere of the Tang Dynasty was relatively open,with the spirit of pioneering and enterprising,and in such an era,the Tang Dynasty produced a large number of brilliant arts.Gongyi kiln,as the main production kiln in the north of Tang Dynasty,created the earliest blue and white porcelain in China.As the export porcelain of the Tang Dynasty,the artistic style of Tang blue and white porcelain was influenced by Arab culture.This paper combines the background of the Tang Dynasty to analyze the causes of Tang blue and white porcelain influenced by Arab culture,and discusses the influence of Arab culture on the production of Tang blue and white porcelain at Gongyi Kiln in three aspects:glaze color,decoration and shape.
