在物流市场日益规范化,市场竞争更加激烈的背景下,需要建立更多拥有健全的物流功能和完善的信息网络的物流中心,选择一个合理优化的地理位置建造物流中心显得尤为重要.根据物流中心选址的原则、影响因素以及通用方法,对物流中心的选址过程做了系统的讨论与分析,并在此基础上应用层次分析法,通过简化“物流中心选址评估”的递阶层次结构模型,提出了确定物流中心选址最优方案的算法.
Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process to the Logistics Center Location
On the background that the logistics market has been more normalized and the market competition has been more intensified, the requirements of constructing the logistics centers with intergrity functions and consummate information network have been emphasized. Therefore, it is quite important to select a reasonable and optimized logistic center location. The paper systematically analyzed the process of logistics center location based on relevant principles, impact factors and the general algorithm. Based on the theoretic foundation, the paper applies the analytic hierarchy process to put forward an algorithm to confirm the optimum location of logistics center by simplifying the hierarchy structure model of logistics center location evaluation.
