高速铁路装配式墩柱拼装过程监测分析

为评估拼装施工过程对装配式桥梁结构整体性和健康状态的影响程度,需要对施工过程进行监测,预制拼装承插式墩柱全施工过程监测是通过在关键受力部位预先布置钢筋应变片、混凝土应变片、振弦式应变计等,在施工过程中对桥梁下部结构连接节点部位(承台-墩柱、墩柱-墩帽)进行监测,监测内容为墩帽架设施工、箱梁架设和运输施工过程中桥梁下部结构连接(承台-墩柱、墩柱-墩帽)部位的混凝土应变和钢筋应力.由于临时荷载所引起的偏差具有累积性,通过监测可以评估桥梁在施工过程中的健康状态.通过从振弦式应变计与混凝土表面应变片监测数据可以得出:在墩帽架设施工情况下,承台-墩柱连接区域外部和内部混凝土压应变最大变化值分别为181 με和 48 με,混凝土拉应变最大变化值分别为 146 με和 44 με,钢筋应力最大变化值为 44.5 MPa;箱梁架设和箱梁运输施工情况下,墩柱-墩帽连接区域后浇混凝土压应变和拉应变变化值分别为-118 με和 148 με,钢筋应力最大变化值为 70.8 MPa.施工监测结果表明:在墩帽架设施工与箱梁架设和箱梁运输施工过程中,桥梁下部结构的连接部位应力和应变较小,钢筋和混凝土处于弹性阶段,施工荷载对结构整体性能和造成的损伤较小,处于安全范围以内.
Monitoring and Analysis of the Construction Process of Prefabricated Assembly Pier of High-Speed Railway
The construction process monitoring should be carried out to evaluate the influence of assembly construction process on the integrity and health status of prefabricated bridges.The whole construction process monitoring of prefabricated assembly socket pier refers to arranging steel bar strain gauges,concrete strain gauges and vibrating string strain gauges in advance at the key position to monitor the connection nodes of bridge substructure(foundation-bridge pier,bridge pier-pier cap)during the construction process.The monitoring points contain the strain of concrete and stress of steel located in the connections of bridge substructure(foundation-bridge pier,bridge pier-pier cap)and cap during the construction process of PC cap and the transportation and construction of box girder.Because the deviation caused by construction load conditions is cumulative,the health status of the bridge during construction can be evaluated by monitoring.The monitoring and analysis,including the data of vibrating string strain gauge and concrete surface strain gauge show that during the construction of PC cap,the maximum compression strains of the concrete inside and outside the foundation-bridge pier connection zone are 181 με and 48 μεrespectively.Meanwhile,the maximum tension strains of the concrete inside and outside the foundation-bridge pier connection zone are 146 με and 44 με respectively,and the maximum stress of reinforcing bars there is 44.5 MPa.During the transportation and construction of PC box girder,the maximum compression and tension strains of the concrete at the bridge pier-pier cap connection zone are-118 με and 148 με respectively,and the maximum stress of reinforcing bars there is 70.8 MPa.The results of construction monitoring show that the stress and strain of the connections of the bridge substructure are small during the construction process of PC cap and the transportation and construction of box girder,and the steel bars and concrete are in the elastic stage.The construction load incurs little damage to the overall performance of the structure and is within the safe range.
