In order to explore the fatigue performance of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)rubber-sleeved stud shear connector, the finite element model of the specimen is established with ABAQUS and FE-SAFE software, and its static performance and fatigue life are calculated based on the fatigue test specified in the literature. The results are basically consistent with the experimental values in the literature.Taking shear stress amplitude,rubber-sleeved height and stud diameter as control parameters, this paper analyzes the fatigue life variation law of SFRC rubber-sleeved connector.According to the analysis results, the fatigue life calculation formula of SFRC rubber-sleeved connector is fitted with reference to Eurocode 4.The results show that the combination of ABAQUS and FE-SAFE can better realize the fatigue performance analysis of SFRC rubber-sleeved connectors. The fatigue failure position of the composite connector occurs at the weld at the root of the stud.Compared with the ordinary stud connector, the stress amplitude of the composite connector with rubber-sleeved decreases by about 40%under 2 million fatigue loads. The fatigue life of the composite connector increases with the increase of the diameter of the stud, and decreases with the increase of the height of the rubber-sleeved.As the stress amplitude of the proposed fatigue life calculation formula under 2 million fatigue loads is significantly lower than that of the existing codes in various countries,it is safer to predict the fatigue life of SFRC rubber-sleeved composite connectors by using the calculation formula in this paper, which provides some reference for the design and application of SFRC stud-rubber composite connectors.
