多病害耦合作用下地铁盾构隧道单环管片健康度评价方法研究

传统的单环管片健康度评价方法未考虑多病害耦合作用对结构性能的影响,造成评价结果偏乐观.基于某城市地铁病害统计数据,探讨城市地铁病害主要类型及内在关联,借助数值模拟,提出考虑病害耦合的单环管片承载力预测模型及健康度评价方法,并通过现场应用验证其合理性.主要结论如下:(1)渗漏水、错台、开裂、结构劣化(锈蚀、剥落等)和隧道变形是城市地铁的主要病害类型且各病害关联密切,结构服役性能受多病害耦合影响;(2)不同类型病害耦合影响的管片衬砌在加载条件下的承载性能演化规律、损伤特征以及对各类病害的敏感性存在差异;(3)基于钢筋截面损失率α、裂缝深度与管片厚度比β、剥落区域深度与管片厚度比γ、背后空洞范围m,分别建立钢筋锈蚀-管片开裂、钢筋锈蚀-剥落掉块、背后空洞-管片开裂、管片开裂-剥落掉块共4 种病害耦合类型的单环管片承载力预测模型以及健康度评价方法.
Research on Health Evaluation Method of Single Ring Segment of Subway Shield Tunnel Under Multi-Defect Coupling
The traditional single-ring segment health evaluation method does not consider the effect of multi-defect coupling on structural performance,which may lead to optimistic evaluation results.In this paper,based on the defects statistics of a city subway,the main types and internal correlations of urban subway defects are discussed.With the help of numerical simulation,the bearing capacity prediction model and health evaluation method of single ring segment considering defect coupling are proposed,and its rationality is verified by field application.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Water leakage,misalignment,cracking,structural deterioration(corrosion,spalling,etc.)and tunnel deformation are the main types of urban subway defects,which are closely related,and the service performance of the structure is affected by the coupling of multiple defects;(2)There are differences in the evolution of bearing performance,damage characteristics and sensitivity to various defects of segment lining affected by different types of defect coupling under loading conditions;(3)Based on the steel bar section loss rate α,crack depth to segment thickness ratio β,spalling area depth to segment thickness ratio γ,cavity range behind m,the bearing capacity prediction model and health evaluation method of single ring segment are established respectively,which are categorized into four coupling types of steel rust-segment cracking,steel rust-spalling falling block,hollow behind segment cracking,segment cracking and spalling falling block.
