基于5G+BIM的铁路基础设施智能运维管理平台设计及应用

为了实现铁路基础设施运营维护共融联动,针对铁路基础设施运维阶段存在的海量监测设备连接难、设备状态实时感知难、生产要素资源调度难、维修作业过程监控难等问题,运用5G数字新基建赋能BIM技术,提出5G+BIM技术的数字化融合应用方法,形成铁路基础设施运维管理"数字化-系统化-智能化"协同互馈的应用模式.在此基础上,围绕铁路基础设施运营维护多元化、综合性的应用需求,设计基于 5G+BIM的铁路基础设施智能运维管理平台的总体架构、网络架构和 5G应用模式.结合 5G通信广连接、大带宽、低时延的特性,研发涵盖基础设施状态监测、关键区域视频监控、检修养作业过程管理、智能运维辅助决策、故障处置与应急救援指挥调度、以及智能设备远程控制等功能,实现了路局集团公司、站段、车间与工区四级部门日常运维生产全过程实时监控、定位跟踪、预警分析、移动通讯、应急处置、无人化值守等精细化、精准化管理.将平台应用于某路局集团公司供电、房建专业基础设施运维管理过程中,成果可为运维管理单位提高 30%工作效率,降低 20%生产成本,经济效益显著.同时,随着智能高铁发展步伐的逐步加快,平台建设将推动高铁智能化运维的发展,为未来实现铁路基础设施全生命周期数字孪生提供技术参考.
Design and Application of Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Management Platform for Railway Infrastructure Based on 5G+BIM
To achieve the integration and linkage of railway infrastructure operation and maintenance,this paper,in response to the difficulties in the maintenance phase of the railway infrastructure,such as connecting a large number of monitoring devices,real-time perception of device status,resource scheduling of production elements,and monitoring of maintenance operation processes,uses 5G digital new infrastructure to empower BIM technology and proposes the digital fusion application method of 5G+BIM technology to form an application model of"digitalization-systematization-intellectualisation"synergy and mutual feedback for railway infrastructure operation and maintenance management.On this basis,the overall architecture,network architecture,and 5G application mode of railway infrastructure intelligent operation and maintenance management platform based on 5G+BIM are designed with focus on the diversified and comprehensive application requirements of railway infrastructure intelligent operation and maintenance.Combining the characteristics of wide connectivity,large bandwidth and low latency of 5G communication,the research and development covers such functions as infrastructure status monitoring,video monitoring of key areas,detection of maintenance and repair operations process management,intelligent operation and maintenance auxiliary decision-making,fault disposal and emergency rescue command and dispatch,and remote control of intelligent devices.The platform realizes the railway bureau group company,station section,workshop and work area of four-level department daily operation and maintenance production whole process real-time monitoring,positioning tracking,early warning analysis,mobile communication,emergency disposal,unmanned watch and other refine and precise managements.The platform is applied to a railway bureau group company's power supply,housing construction professional infrastructure operation,and maintenance management process.The results show that the efficiency of operation and maintenance management unit can be improved by 30%,production costs reduced by 20%,the economic benefits are significant.At the same time,with the gradual acceleration of the development of intelligent high-speed railways,the construction of the platform will promote the development of intelligent operation and maintenance of high-speed railway and provide some technical reference for the realization of the full life-cycle digital twin of railway infrastructure in the future.
