基于q轴电流补偿的牵引电机拍频抑制方法研究

以实现电力牵引变流器轻量化为目标,开展了中间直流环节无LC谐振电路时牵引电机拍频抑制方法的研究.首先分析了牵引变流器中间直流环节电压存在的2倍频脉动特性,以及该脉动电压量对同步旋转d-q坐标系电机电流的影响规律;在此基础上,研究了一种基于q轴电流进行补偿的牵引电机拍频抑制方法;最后在半实物仿真平台上对该拍频抑制方法进行了测试验证.结果表明,该拍频抑制方法可以有效降低牵引变流器中间直流环节无LC谐振电路情况下2倍频脉动电压量引起的转矩脉动和电流低频谐波,从而达到抑制电机拍频现象的目的.
Beat-suppression Method of Traction Motor Based on q-axis Current Compensation
In order to meet the lightweight requirements of electric traction converter,this paper focused on the beat-frequency suppression method of traction motor when there was no LC resonant circuit in DC-link.Firstly,the characteristics of DC-link voltage ripple with twice of the grid frequency were studied.On this basis,the influence of voltage ripple on motor current in the d-q coordinate system was analyzed.Secondly,a beat-frequency suppression method of traction motor based on q-axis current compensation was discussed.Finally,the HIL experimental platform was used to test and verify the method discussed in this paper.The simulation results showed that this method could reduce the torque ripple and current fluctuation caused by the ripple voltage of the traction converter DC link when there was no LC resonant circuit,so as to effectively suppress motor beat-frequency phenomenon.
