机车紧急制动距离校验校核方法现状及建议

为了进一步提升制动系统在铁路机车运用上的可靠性,文中采用调研和试验测试的方式,针对机车制动系统紧急制动距离的校验方法,从相关标准要求、主机厂和路局的检修现状、制动系统配置情况、制动系统的检测能力等方面着手进行了论述,并指出了目前紧急制动距离校验的问题和难点.针对目前在紧急制动距离校核方面存在的问题,提出了建立标准制动距离数据表和通过地面数据分析测算紧急制动距离的方法,并通过HXD2型电力机车作为示例进行试验测试和论述.文中提出的解决方案相结合能够有效果简化紧急制动距离的校核操作方式,提高紧急制动距离试验的效率.
Current Situation and Suggestions about Calibration and Verification Methods of Locomotive Emergency Brake Distance
In order to further enhance the reliability of the braking system in the application of railway locomotives,this article adopts research and experimental testing methods,and discusses the verification method of emergency braking distance of locomotive braking system from relevant standard requirements,maintenance status of the main engine factory and railway bureau,braking system configuration,braking system detection ability,and other aspects.It also points out the problems and difficulties of emergency braking distance verification at present.In view of the problems existing in the verification of emergency braking distance at present,this paper puts forward a method of establishing a standard braking distance data table and calculating the emergency braking distance through ground data analysis,tests and discusses the method by taking HXD2 electric locomotive as an example.The combination of solutions proposed in this paper can effectively simplify the check operation mode of emergency braking distance and improve the efficiency of emergency braking distance test.
