真空绝热板在冷链运输装备上的工程应用研究

近年来随着多式联运的发展,冷藏集装箱以其周转快、可参与联运、实现"门到门"全程冷链等优点,逐渐成为冷链运输装备发展的主流方向.无论是何种类型的冷链运输装备,其最基本特征是具有隔热性能的箱体以减少漏热,主要方法是采用低导热系数的保温材料.真空绝热板是一种导热系数非常低的新型绝热材料,其导热系数可以达到目前采用较多的聚氨酯发泡材料的1/10.文中从真空绝热板的特性、冷链运输装备的结构特点、真空板绝热板应用要求和仿真对比研究等多方面就真空绝热板在冷链运输装备上的工程应用进行了探讨,可为我国冷链运输装备的技术发展提供参考.
Vacuum Heat Insulation Board Application Research on Cold Chain Transportation Equipment
With development of multi-modal transit in recent years,the refrigerated container has become gradually the main stream for development of cold chain transportation equipment with advantages of fast turnaround,co-transit and door to door whole cold chain,etc.No matter what type of cold chain transportation equipment being used,the most basic characteristic is to reduce heat loss for heat insulation containers,the main method is to use the thermal insulation material with low heat induction factor.Vacuum heat insulation board is of a new type heat insulation material with pretty low heat induction factor,which is 1/10 of the heat induction factor for current polyurethane foam material.This paper presents the research of vacuum heat insulation board application on cold chain transport equipment in terms of characteristics of vacuum heat insulation board,the structure feature of cold chain transport equipment,vacuum heat insulation board application requirement,simulation comparison,which might provide reference for technology development of cold chain transport equipment in China.
