Deep Study for Three-grade Overhaul Scope and Standard of CRH2A/380A EMU
In this paper,from the perspective of professional and technical management of railway locomotive and rolling stock,reform platform EMU maintenance system is comprehensively summarized for CRH2A/380A EMU,related main problems are deeply analyzed include the scope,standard and time for three-grade overhaul.By adopting the working methods of system thinking,precise thinking and dialectical thinking,following the reliability-centered maintenance theory and the principle of minimum maintenance resource consumption,the maintenance content,technical standards and production organization are integrated and optimized as an organic whole.Different dimensions are analyzed such as product original design performance,functional principle,long-term operation and maintenance data,maintenance process flow,process method and production organization.The targeted optimization solution is proposed,and the practical experience of deep optimization is accumulated for railway locomotive and rolling stock maintenance standard system.
