城市轨道车辆架控制动装置故障及可靠性研究

制动控制装置是制动系统的核心部件,其故障情况直接影响地铁车辆运营的可靠性和安全性.文中针对应用相对广泛的架控制动装置,从结构原理分析其故障影响,并通过对既有分布在6个城市的12个地铁列车项目近3年的故障数据进行分析,确定故障分布和故障影响,并开展可靠性计算.同时对典型故障从设计、制造多角度进行分析,为提升架控制动装置的可靠性和安全性提出了解决措施.
Study on Failure and Reliability of Bogie Control Braking Device of Urban Rail Vehicle
Braking control device is the core component of braking system,and its failure directly affects the reliability and safety of metro vehicle operation.Aiming at the bogie control braking device which is widely used,this paper analyzes its fault influence from the structural principle,analyzes the fault data of 12 metro train projects distributed in 6 cities in recent 3 years,determines the fault distribution and fault influence,and carries out reliability calculation.At the same time,the typical faults are analyzed from the aspects of design and manufacture,and the solutions are put forward to improve the safety and reliability of the bogie control braking device.
