Research and Experimental Optimization of Spring Force Attenuation of Parking Brake Cylinder of High-speed Train
During the maintenance of high-speed trains,it is found that the parking brake force output of the brake cylinder is insufficient.During the maintenance of the parking brake caliper unit,it is found that parking spring force attenuation is the main reason for the insufficient output force of the parking brake cylinder.However,the reason for the force attenuation of the parking spring is the spring stress relaxation,and the main factor leading to the spring stress relaxation is that the spring works in the high stress area for a long time.In order to optimize the stress relaxation performance of spring,the method of changing materials and processes was proposed to reduce the performance of high stress area of spring.Finally,through the stress relaxation comparison test,the optimization scheme is verified,and the method to improve the force attenuation of the parking spring is obtained,which effectively reduces the maintenance cost of the parking brake caliper unit.
