基于国产化芯片的轨道不平顺监测平台方案设计

针对现有轨道不平顺检测方法效率低、维护成本高的问题,设计搭建基于运营车辆振动加速度的轨道不平顺实时监测平台.首先,详细分析了实现轨道不平顺监测算法的硬件功能需求,结合算法逻辑设计平台总体架构;然后,基于平台硬件自主可控的考虑,结合工程应用经验,分析并选择符合平台功能需求的国产化芯片;最后,提出轨道不平顺监测平台完整且自主可控的设计方案.本方案一方面通过运营列车振动加速度对轨道不平顺进行监测,既节约成本,又无需单独占用运营时段;另一方面平台方案依托国产化芯片设计,保证了平台硬件技术层面的自主可控.
Design of Track Irregularity Monitoring Platform Based on Domestic Chip
Track irregularity will intensify the dynamic action of wheel and rail,leading to damage and even derailment of wheel and rail components.This paper studies and designs an online monitoring platform for track irregularity based on axle box acceleration of operating vehicles.The paper analyzes in detail the demand for monitoring track irregularity based on axle box acceleration,and combines the engineering application experience.A design scheme of track irregularity monitoring platform based on home-made chip is proposed,and its functional block diagram is given.On the one hand,this scheme has strong practicability.It can monitor track irregularity through the acceleration of the axle box of the operating train,which not only saves cost,but also does not need to occupy the operation period alone.On the other hand,the platform scheme relies on the home-made chip design to ensure the independent and controllable technology of the platform,which has certain practical significance.
