针对基于力场原理的有轨电车地面供电模块频繁出现的正极触指烧损的故障,通过对触指工作状态的测试,掌握了其工作瞬间的电气特性.结合触指负载能力的分析,指出容性电流引发的电弧和受电靴电流不均衡是导致触指烧损的直接原因.通过针对性的措施,实现了故障的消除.
Failure Analysis and Solutions of Tram Ground Power Supply Module Based on Force Field Principle
Aiming at the frequent failure of the positive copper sheet burning problems in the ground power supply module of tram based on the force field principle,the electrical characteristics of copper sheet at the working moment are mastered by testing its working state.With load capacity analysis of the copper sheet,it is pointed out that the arc caused by capacitive current,and the unbalanced current between two pantographs are the rootcauses of the copper sheet's burning fault.Through the targeted measures,the fault has been eliminated.
