基于实测轮轨廓形匹配的服役动车组等效锥度修正方法研究

轮轨匹配等效锥度对于保障动车组的运行安全性和舒适性至关重要.在车轮旋修体制由计划性预防修向视情旋修优化过程中,要充分考虑等效锥度等关键影响因素的运用标准及对应的执行策略问题.针对部分车型正向设计提出的基于服役状态下实测轮轨廓形匹配等效锥度的要求,文中研究提出了一种服役状态下动车组等效锥度运用标准的修正方法.通过构建有效的服役轮廓数据库,并与标准轮轨廓形匹配的等效锥度进行对比计算,可得到不同轮廓所对应的修正值累积概率分布曲线,在此基础上结合现场需求,通过分步实施对现有检测手段得到的等效锥度结果予以修正,结合相关运用标准决策车轮旋修.此方法为车轮视情旋修运用标准的落地提供了可靠的方法和数据支撑.
Study on Equivalent Conicity Modified Algorithm of In-service EMU Based on Measured Wheel Rail Profile Matching
Wheel-rail equivalent conicity is very important to ensure the running safety and comfort of EMU.In the process of wheel turning system optimization from planned preventive repair to on-condition maintenance,the application standard of key influencing factors and their executive strategy should be fully considered,such as the equivalent conicity.In view of the requirement that the application standard of equivalent conicity proposed by some EMU should be based on the measured wheel-rail profile,a modified method of equivalent conicity is proposed under its service condition in this paper.By constructing an effective service wheel and rail profile database and comparing with the equivalent conicity of the standard profile,we can obtain the probability distribution curve of the correction value corresponding to different profiles.On this basis,combined with the field requirements,the equivalent conicity results obtained by the existing detection methods can be corrected step by step.Thus,the wheel turning strategy could be gained combined with the relevant standards.This method provides a reliable method and data support for the application standard of wheel turning on-condition.
