Interference of Converter Equipment on Axle Counting Equipment of Urban Rail Transit Vehicles
Aiming at the problem of the red light band interference in the axle recording of a B2 urban rail transit vehicle,a combination of Maxwell simulation experiment and field experiment was adopted, and the traction inverter and auxiliary inverter were used as the entry point to explore the differences. The interference of outgoing line layout, number of working modules, load, and DC/DC switching frequency on track axle counting equipment.Studies shows that the high-current line layout and high-frequency auxiliary inverter DC/DC switching frequency changes will affect the axle counter. The countermeasures are proposed based on the cause of the interference, and the improvement suggestions are provided for the red-band interference of the existing lines, ideas are provided for the design of converter equipment for rail vehicles in the future.
