为保证列车运行安全及列车制动系统具有良好的制动作用,TG/01-2014《铁路技术管理规程(普速铁路部分)》对制动关门车在列车中的编挂位置作出了规定.当货物列车中车辆突发制动故障导致关门时,可能需临时调整列车编组,加大了运用现场的工作量,严重干扰运输秩序,影响运输效率.对关门车编挂位置规定的历史背景进行溯源,分析货物列车不起紧急制动的原因,对比机车车辆制动机的技术性能,通过试验研究和理论分析,提出了货物列车制动关门车编挂位置规定的修订建议.
Wagon Positioning Research at Braking Failure on Freight Train
In order to ensure the safe operation of trains and the good effect of the train braking system,TG/01-2014"Technical Management Regulations for Normal-speed Railway"stipulates the position of the wagon without braking capacity in a freight train.When the sudden braking failure of the freight train leads to the door closing,it may be necessary to temporarily adjust the train marshalling,which increases the workload of the application site,seriously interferes with the transportation order and affects the transportation efficiency.This paper traces the historical background of the regulation of the position of the door-closing car train,analyzes the reason why the freight train can not afford emergency braking,and compares the technical performance of the locomotive and rolling stock brake.Through experimental research and theoretical analysis,revision suggestions of the regulations on the positioning of the wagon without braking capacity are put forward.
