电子制动控制单元作为轨道车辆制动系统的关键部件,用于对制动控制信号的处理,其稳定性和可靠性直接关系到列车制动控制系统的正常、高效运转.为满足 30年动车组设计寿命要求,评估其在复杂工作环境下的产品寿命,需要通过对其结构、使用工况和失效机理进行分析,通过加速寿命试验,激发电子制动控制单元潜在的失效模式,并对失效模式进行寿命分析.通过针对电子制动控制单元循环多应力加速试验方法的研究,实现对现有电子制动控制单元的寿命评估的有效替代.
Study of Multiple Environmental Stress Accelerated Test Method for Electronic Brake Control Unit
Electronic Brake control unit is key component of the brake system for railway vehicles,used for the processing brake control signals,its stability and reliability are directly related to the normal and efficient operation of the brake control system for railway vehicles.In order to meet the designed life requirements of 30 years for the CRH train and evaluate product life under complicated working environment,it is necessary to analyze the structure,operation condition and failure mechanisms,stimulate the potential failure mode of electronic brake control unit through accelerated life test,and conduct life analysis of the failure mode.Through the research on the cyclic multiple environmental stress accelerated test method of the electronic brake control unit,an effective replace is realized to the life evaluation of the available electronic brake control unit.
