为满足中国国家铁路集团有限公司运输及经营发展要求,进一步提高铁路运输服务品质,利用既有运输资源和机、客车的检修资源,结合既有动力集中动车组网络系统方案,提出了基于以太网技术的动力集中动车组一体化列车网络控制系统方案.该方案充分发挥以太网带宽高、速率快、组网灵活的技术优势,采用列车级和车辆级两级网络统一控制网、维护网和监测网,简化列车网络结构,实现多网络、多业务数据的融合.通过失效分析和可靠性分析论证了该方案的可行性,对比既有动力集中动车组的网络方案,分析了以太网一体化方案的技术优势,给出了技术升级方向.提出了以太网网络系统的网络安全防护策略.
An Scheme of Integrated Train Network Control System for Power Concentrated EMU Based on Real-time Ethernet
To meet the transportation and business development requirements of China National Railway Corporation Limited,and further improve the quality of railway transport services and make use of existing transportation resources and maintenance resources of engines and buses,an integrated train network control system was proposed for power concentrated EMU based on real-time ethernet combined with the existing scheme.The scheme give full play to the technical advantages of Ethernet such as high bandwidth,fast speed and flexible networking,and it also simplified the train network structure,and realized the integration of multi-network and multi-service data.The feasibility of the scheme was demonstrated,through failure analysis and reliability analysis compared with the existing network schemes of centralized power EMU.The technical advantages of the integrated Ethernet scheme was analyzed,and the network security protection strategy of the Ethernet network system was proposed.
