Research on Pressure Control Method of New Generation EMU Brake Cylinder
In order to meet the requirements of the new generation of EMUs for braking control accuracy and response time,this study proposes a double closed-loop control method of brake cylinder pressure with parameter estimation.The relevant program is designed in the electronic brake control unit software.The control parameters of the electro-pneumatic conversion solenoid valve are obtained by using the brake test process.The input and output relationship of the pressure conversion valve is learned and updated during the train operation.The control strategy adjustment method of the brake cylinder pressure during emergency braking is proposed,and the double closed-loop control of the pre-control pressure and the brake cylinder pressure is realized.This method has been implemented and verified on a certain type of high-speed comprehensive detection train.The results show that the method has good usability,the brake cylinder pressure control error can reach within±5 kPa,the pressure rise response time during emergency braking is shortened to 1.5 s,and the number of solenoid valve actions is reduced to 2-3 times,which can meet the requirements of the future EMU on the control performance of the air brake system.
