中频变压器传输功率计算及滤波特性研究

中频化的机车车辆辅助变流器多采用LLC谐振变换器电路拓扑,中频变压器设计是难点.文中通过实测变压器电压、电流波形,采用电压、电流波形乘积对时间积分的方法准确计算变压器的传输功率和损耗,从而优化设计中频变压器的体积和重量.对采集的电压、电流波形进行FFT变换,分析中频变压器动态频域特性并计算插入损耗,初步探究中频变压器的滤波特性,为辅助变流器的电磁兼容性分析奠定基础.
Transmission Power Calculation and Research on Filtering Characteristics of Intermediate Frequency Transformer
LLC resonant converter circuit topology is mostly used for intermediate frequency auxiliary converter of rolling stock,and the design of intermediate frequency transformer is difficulty.In this paper,the transmission power and loss of transformer can be accurately calculated by using the method of voltage and current waveform product and then integration with time,so as to optimize the volume and weight of the intermediate frequency transformer.FFT transform the collected voltage and current wave-forms,analyze the dynamic frequency domain characteristics of the transformer and calculate the insertion loss,preliminary explore the filter characteristics of the transformer,and lay the foundation for EMC analysis of the auxiliary converter.
