D180柴油机控制系统匹配性研究

以D180 高速柴油机在FXN3 机车上进行装机性能验证为设计输入,从微机控制系统与D180 柴油机的匹配性角度出发,通过D180 柴油机在不同运用场景下的需求分析,结合D180 柴油机采用二级增压技术的工作特性,设计了柴油机功率与转速控制策略;通过与同等功率等级MTU高速柴油机水温控制指标对比,设计了以高温水为主、中冷水为辅的冷却系统控制策略;通过与MTU柴油机在保护系统设计理念上的对比,设计了以微机控制系统为主的判定柴油机功率调节类保护的控制策略,同时通过相关专项试验和长期现场运用验证了控制系统与D180柴油机的高度匹配性.
Matching Research of Control System Adapted to D180 Diesel Engine
Taking the installation performance verification of D180 high-speed diesel engine on FXN3 locomotive as the design input from the perspective of the matching between the microcomputer control system and the D180 diesel engine,through the demand analysis of the D180 diesel engine in different application scenarios,the diesel engine power and speed control strategy was designed combined with the working characteristics of the D180 diesel engine using the two-stage supercharging technology.By comparing with the water temperature control index of MTU high-speed diesel engine of the same power level,a cooling system control strategy based on high-temperature water and supplemented by medium cooled water was designed.By comparing with the design concept of MTU diesel engine in the protection system,the control strategy of determining the power regulation protection of diesel engine based on microcomputer control system is designed,and the high compatibility between the control system and D180 diesel engine is verified through relevant special tests and long-term field application.
