Accelerated Vibration Test Technology of Mechanical Structure Based on Fatigue Damage Equivalence Theory
The accelerated vibration test of mechanical structures is limited by the space and thrust of the HALT/HASS test box,so it is unable to apply vibration step stress, the accelerated vibration test of the mechanical structures technology is carried out by means of the large vibration test bench in the laboratory.Firstly, the test model suitable for the accelerated vibration test is selected, and the calculation method of fatigue damage is derived.Through selecting the acceleration factor, the magnitude of the accelerated vibration test is determined. Then, through simulation calculation, the difference of damage value of a key position between the accelerated vibration test scheme and the non-accelerated vibration test scheme are compared. The magnitude of the accelerated vibration test is corrected by using the method of the equivalent clipping of the load spectrum. Finally, the vibration test is carried out,and the feasibility of the accelerated vibration test method is proved by comparing the damage values of key positions of mechanical structures.
