基于5G的机车车辆远程试验检测技术研究

在铁路机车车辆试验检测业务日益增多的背景下,通过分析机车车辆远程试验检测的需求,梳理了 5G技术下机车车辆远程试验应用场景,构建了基于 5G的机车车辆远程试验检测系统架构,研究了包括车地网络架构、电源远程控制、软件远程操作等远程操控技术,以及支持断点续传的车地数据传输技术和远程试验的安全保障措施.通过实车应用表明:基于 5G移动互联网的远程试验检测技术的研究有助于提升科研试验工作的信息化及自动化水平,提高工作效率和试验管理能力,降低人员出差的工作强度.
Remote Test and Detection Technology Research of Rolling Stock Based on 5G
Under the background of increasing railway locomotive and rolling stock test and detection business,by analyzing the requirements of locomotive and rolling stock remote test and detection,the application scenarios of locomotive and rolling stock remote test and detection under 5G technology are sorted out,the architecture of locomotive and rolling stock remote test and detection system based on 5G is constructed,and the remote control technology including vehicle-ground network architecture,remote control of power supply and remote operation of software,as well as the vehicle-ground data transmission technology supporting breakpoint continuous transmission and the safety guarantee measures of remote test are studied.The real vehicle application shows that the research on remote test and detection technology based on 5G mobile Internet is helpful to improve the informatization and automation level of scientific research and test work,improve the work efficiency and test management ability,and reduce the work intensity of personnel on business trips.
