基于PHM系统的CR400BF-G型动车组牵引变流器滤网视情清洁研究

根据CR400BF-G型动车组牵引变流器报警逻辑,结合牵引变流器冷却液进、出口温度监控的经验阈值,提出了不同温度环境下的牵引变流器冷却系统滤网视情维修模型,并选取两列动车组进行了试点验证.对试点动车组牵引变流器冷却系统滤网状态、冷却液出口温度、冷却液进口温度、箱内冷却液温度、箱内空气温度数据进行跟踪分析,验证提出的视情维修模型可行,且设定的阈值有优化空间;数据分析显示冬季条件下,牵引变流器滤网脏堵程度达到约 70%时,其冷却系统性能逐渐下降;冷却液进、出口温度,箱内冷却液及箱内空气温度随滤网脏堵程度的变化规律基本一致,可在模型优化时增加箱内冷却液及箱内温度监控逻辑.
Research on Cleaning of Traction Converter Filter of CR400BF-G EMU Based on PHM System
According to the alarm logic of the traction converter of CR400BF-G,combined with the experience threshold of temperature of the cooling liquid in inlet and outlet of traction converter,this paper proposes a condition-based maintenance model of filter screen of traction converter cooling system under different temperature environment,and two EMUs were selected for pilot verification.Tracking and analyzing the filter screen state,coolant outlet temperature,coolant inlet temperature,coolant temperature in the box and air temperature data of the traction converter cooling system of the pilot EMU,verifying that the proposed condition-based maintenance model was feasible and the set threshold has room for optimization;Data analysis shows that the performance of cooling system of traction converter decreases gradually when the dirty blocking degree of filter screen reaches about 70%in winter;Coolant inlet and outlet temperatures,coolant and air temperatures in the tank are basically consistent with the degree of filter mesh fouling,so the monitoring logic of coolant and temperature in the tank can be added when the model is optimized.
