文中对地铁车辆制动系统健康管理技术进行了研究,依托无线通信、大数据、数据挖掘等智能技术,提供了一套面向制动系统的智能服务解决方案.包括制动系统车载PHM(故障预测与健康管理)单元和地面PHM系统,车载PHM单元可以高效地处理高频数据的计算、传输等,实现在线故障诊断与预警及数据的实时传输和离线传输功能;地面PHM系统基于大数据、云计算等相关技术实现对整个制动系统数据的存储、计算分析和前端显示.实现了制动系统的智能诊断及故障预测,具备在线故障原因快速定位能力,为故障应急处置、故障维修策略制定提供决策支撑,确保列车安全运行、提高故障处置和维修效率.
Research on Health Management Technology of Metro Vehicle Brake System
Health management technology of subway vehicle braking systems is described relying on intelligent technologies such as wireless communication,big data,and data mining to provide a set of intelligent service solutions for braking systems.The Prognostics and Health Management(PHM)system of metro vehicle braking consists of metro vehicle mounted PHM unit,wireless data transmission system between metro vehicle and ground and PHM system on ground.The metro vehicle mounted PHM unit can efficiently process the calculation and transmission of high-frequency data,achieve online fault diagnosis and warning,as well as real-time and offline data transmission functions;The PHM system on ground is based on technologies such as big data and cloud computing to store,calculate,analyze,and display the entire braking system data.The article realizes intelligent diagnosis and fault prediction of the braking system,with the ability to quickly locate the cause of online faults,providing decision-making support for emergency response to faults and the formulation of fault maintenance strategies,ensuring the safe operation of trains,and improving the efficiency of fault handling and maintenance.
