针对轨道车辆牵引变流器带载辐射发射测试需求,首先对牵引变流器结构及骚扰源进行了分析总结,然后介绍了基于半电波暗室下的带载辐射发射测试平台结构组成,通过高压供电系统和电机背靠背方式,实现变流器在接近实车供电与负载环境下的带载测试要求,并进一步研究了牵引变流器辐射发射测试方法.最后对某型动车组牵引变流器开展了在不同工况下辐射发射测试,验证了测试平台的可行性,同时,对试验数据进行对比分析,总结了该牵引变流器在不同频段和不同运行工况下辐射发射情况以及高压输入输出端口不同位置增加磁环的抑制效果,为牵引变流器的电磁兼容性能研究和标准限值制定提供数据参考.
Construction and Test Research of On-load Radiation Emission Test Platform for Traction Converter
According to the requirement of on-load radiation emission test of rail vehicle traction converters,the structure and disturbance source of traction converter are analyzed and summarized,then the structure of the on-load radiation emission test platform based on the semi-anechoic chamber is described.Through high voltage power supply system and the back-to-back mode of the motor,the requirements of on-load radiation emission test are realized,and the test method of traction converter is further studied.Finally,radiation emission tests were carried out on the traction converter of a certain type of EMU under different working conditions,which verifies the feasibility of the test platform.Meanwhile,through comparative analysis of the test data,the radiation emission of the traction converter under different frequency bands and working conditions and the suppression effect of adding magnetic rings at different positions are summarized.This paper provides data reference for the research of electromagnetic compatibility of traction converters and the formulation of standard limits.
