基于MBD技术的模拟量采集转换功能开发研究

模拟量采集作为列车各关键控制系统中的一项重要功能,列车的牵引调速控制及系统保护等功能均需要采集实时模拟量来实现.根据不同的功能场合,采集所得模拟量有些可直接使用,有些需转成数字量后使用.牵引控制器中采用了一种电压转频率信号的模数转换方式,此种方式具有抗干扰性强的特点,但此方案使用的压频转换芯片无可替代型号且面临后续可能停产的风险.针对上述情况文中设计了一种模拟量采集的模数转换功能,通过FPGA芯片及软件代码实现了原方案压频转换芯片的功能,实现了与原方案功能的对等替代,软件功能中复杂的浮点运算部分使用了MBD技术实现.通过代码仿真、硬件单板试验、整机测试及原方案的对比测试,验证了新开发功能的正确性及可用性.
Research on Analog Quantity Sampling&Convert Function Development Based on MBA Technology
As an important function of the train control system,the real-time analog signal acquisition is necessary for the train's traction speed control and system protection.According to different function occasions,some analog signal can be used directly,but some need to be converted into digital signal.In the traction control unit,voltage-to-frequency signal is adopted as one of the analog-to-digital conversion modes,which has strong anti-interference ability,but its converter chip used in this project has no alternative and is facing the risk of production suspension.In this paper,an analog-to-digital conversion of analog signal is designed,and the same function of the original scheme is realized by FPGA and software,which is equivalent to the original scheme.As for the software part,the complex floating-point operation is implemented by MBD technology.The correctness and utility of the newly developed function are approved by code simulation,hardware single board test,whole machine test and comparison test of the original scheme.
