阐述了新型环路相变热管散热器研发设计的背景及意义,并以高压大电流功率模块的电路拓扑、构成及主要技术参数为设计输入.首先对新型环路相变热管散热器的结构、换热原理及技术优势进行深入研究与分析;其次采用Flotherm仿真软件进行了满载工况下散热基板、IGBT模块及流场云图的温度场仿真;最后通过搭建联调试验平台,进行温升试验,验证了该设计方案的正确性、可行性、性能优越性.该新型散热器在轨道交通领域牵引功率模块的成功运用,突破了兆瓦级牵引功率模块一般只能采用水冷冷却方式的局限性.
A New Type of Loop Phase-Change Heat Pipe Radiator Application In Module Design
The background and significance of the R&D and design of a new loop phase transition heat pipe radiator are described,and the circuit topology,composition and main technical parameters of the high-voltage and high current power module are taken as the design input.First of all,the structure,heat transfer principle and technical advantages of the new loop phase transition heat pipe radiator are deeply studied and analyzed.Secondly,the temperature field simulation of the heat dissipation substrate,IGBT module and flow field cloud diagram under full load conditions is carried out with Flotherm simulation software.Finally,the temperature rise test is carried out by building a joint modulation test platform,which verifies the correctness,feasibility and performance superiority of the design scheme.The successful application of the traction power module of this new radiator in the field of rail transit breaks through the limitation that the megawatt-level traction power module can only adopt water-cooled cooling.
