摘要

高铁列车的振动平稳性关系运行安全和乘坐舒适性,其数据监测对列车运营和维护具有重要意义.从服役列车对运行平稳性指标和舒适度指标实时监测的需求出发,利用无线传输技术设计了分布式列车车内平稳性和舒适度测试系统.系统采用三向加速度传感器进行集成化终端的数据采集,基于ARM芯片进行核心算法设计,并采用WiFi技术组建车内局域网,可不依赖列车其他系统,独立实现多测试节点结果数据的无线实时传输,具有高度的集成性、灵活性和可扩展性.分布式系统的测试结果与传统的多通道有线采集系统在相同工况下进行了对比测试分析,结果表明无线分布式测试系统对车辆平稳性指标测试误差在 5%以内,舒适度指标测试误差在2.5%以内,测试精度满足使用要求.

Abstract

The vibration and stability of high-speed trains is closely related to the operation safety and ride comfort.Its data monitoring has great significance to the operation and maintenance of trains.Based on the requirement for real-time online monitoring of the running stability and ride comfort of in-service trains,a distributed testing system is designed using wireless transmission technology.Three-axis accelerometers are used for data acquisition in the integrated terminal.The data processing algorithms are designed based on ARM System-on-Chip and an interior LAN is established using WiFi technology.The result data of multiple test nodes can be transmitted wirelessly in real time without relying on other systems of the train,which made the system highly integrated,flexible and scalable.The test results of this distributed testing system were compared with that of multi-channel wired acquisition system under the same condition.The results showed that the test errors for running stability index and ride comfort index were within 5%and 2.5%respectively,which indicated a high accuracy of the system.
