Research on Wireless Distributed Test Technology for the Stability and Ride Comfort of Railway Vehicles
The vibration and stability of high-speed trains is closely related to the operation safety and ride comfort. Its data monitoring has great significance to the operation and maintenance of trains.Based on the requirement for real-time online monitoring of the running stability and ride comfort of in-service trains,a distributed testing system is designed using wireless transmission technology.Three-axis accelerometers are used for data acquisition in the integrated terminal. The data processing algorithms are designed based on ARM System-on-Chip and an interior LAN is established using WiFi technology. The result data of multiple test nodes can be transmitted wirelessly in real time without relying on other systems of the train, which made the system highly integrated, flexible and scalable. The test results of this distributed testing system were compared with that of multi-channel wired acquisition system under the same condition. The results showed that the test errors for running stability index and ride comfort index were within 5%and 2.5%respectively,which indicated a high accuracy of the system.
