Research on Safeguard Measures for Electric Locomotive Pantograph Driving in Freezing Rain
In freezing rain weather, the phenomenon of poor current collection, automatic pantograph lowering during operation due to a large amount of ice on the catenary and pantograph, and the inability to raise the pantograph after automatic lowering, resulting in the inability to maintain operation and the need to request assistance.Through on-site investigation of various levels of pantograph maintenance work, simulation testing of the effect of ice accumulation on the initial pantograph lifting pressure, and emergency measures to restore locomotive operation to the maximum extent possible after a malfunction, data collection, analysis, judgment, and demonstration were carried out.A series of relevant technical measures were developed, and the maintenance process of the DSA200 pantograph series in different seasonal environments was optimized to solve the problem of passive rescue and slow transportation recovery after the original fault, significantly reducing the interval parking problem and on-site disposal time. The relevant technical measures and online emergency handling methods were proven to be safe and effective during the freezing rain weather in the winter.
