动车组车轮失圆的动态诊断方法与运维建议

由于缺少高效的动态监测手段,高速动车组车轮失圆这类危害程度高的踏面损伤问题长期被忽视.动车组运行品质轨旁动态监测系统探测设备(TPDS-1)为动车组车轮多边形的快速诊断提供了有效的检测方法.TPDS-1 采取地对车的动态监测方案,通过在铁路正线高速运行区段建设全连续轮轨力检测平台,实现动车组车轮踏面损伤,包括局部失圆、低阶多边形和高阶多边形等肉眼不可见的踏面损伤故障进行定量诊断.文中利用TPDS-1监测技术提出了以动车组车轮状态为指导的车轮状态修建议,相较于既有的计划修策略,该方案不仅能够指导对粗糙度幅值较大的车轮进行及时维修,同时能够节约因计划性全列旋修带来的不必要浪费,既降低了因车轮多边形导致的动车组异常振动、噪声等次生危害,又提高了车轮旋修经济性.
Dynamic Diagnosis Method and Maintenance Suggestions for Out-of-round Wheel of China High-speed Railway EMU
The out-of-round wheel problems on China High-speed Railway EMU is difficult to be detected with conventional methods.It could induce impact vibrations in high frequency,prompting the fatigue failure of on-board components and deformation of rails.Train performance detection system for EMU provides an effective detection method for rapid diagnosis of EMU wheel polygon.TPDS-1 adopts the dynamic monitoring scheme of ground-to-ground vehicles.By building a full continuous wheel-rail force detection platform in the high-speed running section of the main railway line,it can realize the quantitative diagnosis of EMU wheel tread damages,including local out-of-circle,low-order polygon and high-order polygon,which are invisible to the naked eye.In this paper,TPDS-1 monitoring technology is used to put forward the suggestion of wheel condition repair guided by EMU wheel condition.Compared with the existing planned repair strategy,this scheme can not only guide the timely repair of the wheels with large roughness amplitude,but also save the unnecessary waste caused by planned full-row rotary repair.It not only reduces the abnormal vibration,noise and secondary harm of EMU caused by wheel polygon,but also improves the economy of wheel rotation and repair.
