动力集中动车组走行部健康诊断技术研究

随着我国动力集中动车组运营规模的不断扩大,动车组走行部日常检修与运维管理的压力日益突出.通过健康诊断技术实现动车组走行部的智能化运维,已成为各运营单位正在积极探索的重点方向.文中基于动车组走行部日常运维检修及健康管理方面的问题,设计并提出了一种动车组走行部健康诊断系统.该系统基于健康状态综合评价模型和运维决策模型,通过与实时运行特征参数、历史特征参数以及走行部检修数据相结合,判断故障的损伤类型及程度,自动评估监测部件的退化评估指标,明确监测部件的健康状态,智能化生成最优维修决策.经实车验证表明,该系统可以实现对动力集中动车组走行部多种信息的融合分析与应用,为动车组走行部的健康管理提供行之有效的参考信息,为监测部件检修提供有效指导意见.
Research on Health Diagnosis Technology for the Walking Department of Power Concentrated EMU
With the continuous expansion of the operating scale of power concentrated high-speed trains in China,the pressure of daily maintenance and operation management of the running gear of high-speed trains is becoming increasingly prominent.The intelligent operation and maintenance of the running gear of high-speed trains through health diagnosis technology has become a key direction need various operating units are actively exploring.Based on the issues of daily operation,maintenance,and health management of the running gear of the high-speed train unit,a health diagnosis system for the running gear of the high-speed train unit is designed and proposed in the article.This system is based on an anomaly detection model,which combines real-time operating feature parameters,historical feature parameters,and running gear maintenance data to determine the type and degree of damage caused by faults,automatically evaluate the degradation evaluation indicators of monitoring components,clarify the health status of monitoring components,and intelligently generate the optimal maintenance decision.The actual vehicle verification shows that the system can achieve the fusion analysis and application of multiple information on the running parts of the power concentrated multiple unit,providing effective reference information for the health management of the running parts of the multiple unit,and providing effective guidance for monitoring component maintenance.
