随着城市轨道交通的快速发展和地铁列车运行速度的不断提升,对于轨道车辆的密封性及乘坐舒适性有了更高的要求.为解决地铁客室塞拉门在列车隧道高速运行过程中出现的漏风啸叫问题,文章从压力波动、车门状态、门扇强度等方面进行了原因分析,并提出改进优化的措施和解决方案,同时配合机械调整,在地铁实际运营线路中进行了验证,为塞拉门系统在列车隧道高速运行过程中出现漏风啸叫问题提供可参考的解决方案,具有广泛的推广价值.
Analysis of the howling of metro vehicle sliding plug door and the optimization
With the rapid development of urban rail transit and constant increase of operation speed of metro trains,higher requirements on the airtightness and riding comfort of the vehicles have been put forward.In order to solve the problem of air leakage and howling of the sliding plug doors when running at high-speed in tunnels,this paper analyzes the reasons from the perspective of pressure fluctuation in metro vehicles,door condition,door leaf strength,etc.,and proposes optimization measures and solutions in combination with mechanical adjustment,all these measures have been verified in actual metro operation,which provides a reference solution to the problem of air leakage and howling from the sliding plug door system during high-speed operation in tunnels,and is of widely promotional value.
